eBay Seller Center Redesign



eBay wanted to reorganize and redesign their Seller Center – the Help system for their sellers – so they contacted RAPP, who in turn, brought me on board to lead the User Experience design effort. After reviewing analytics, developing personas, identifying goals, and mapping the ideal experience, we put forth a revised information architecture, and series of wireframes.

We wanted to make the architecture reflect the sellers’ experiences thus making content navigation more intuitive. We also wanted to simplify the content pages’ layout and improve the mobile experience.

We were able to execute all of this with a significant shift in navigation philosophy, and the client team began implementing this more effective and efficient user experience.
