I was the lead Interaction Designer of a Sales Opportunity management application and a member of a team on the Marketing application of the Fusion package of products. Our goal was to make the management of the Sales Opportunities as simple as possible for the majority of users, while still providing the necessary flexibility to apply more complex business rules.

While most of the user experience design patterns and functional components were already defined for the entire CRM suite or products, several fell short of our requirements, so I contributed the design, definition, and specification of several new design patterns and components to the Pattern Library that was then leveraged by other Oracle Interaction Designers and implemented into future applications.
