Vonage came to us wanting to redesign their customer-facing website. They wanted to streamline new customers’ process of learning about the calling plan options, selecting appropriate add-ons, and moving through the checkout procedure. We worked with them to establish goals and create a new design. This was a reasonably large project with a very short deadline. We worked closely with Vonage Marketing personnel and created a new architecture, functional design, visual template, and front-end code within their required time and budget.

Based on the direct customer feedback and usability sessions, we delivered a faster, easier way for customers to get through the product decision-making and more importantly, the purchasing processes.
